CONCEPT
This light installation explores the profound connection between solar energy and human experience. The installation represent an ethereal engine, a “machine” that transforms the abstract energy of the sun into a tangible and emotional force.
The central form of this light installation creates a hypnotic illusion of a vortex or energetic core. The arrangement of the elements refers to the solar corona, the light halo, solar storms and the energy that powers the entire solar system and life on Earth.
Sol Machina suggests that we too are part of this grandiose machine, receiving light and transforming it into emotion, consciousness, and connection. The installation serves as a space for meditation, inviting us to conceptualize the energy that fuels our existence and the inner mechanisms that allow us to transform that raw energy into meaning and love.
