What can I expect from the event?

Bright Festival is an international event promoting digital creativity through training events, exhibitions, and performances created in collaboration with institutions, universities, companies, and artists from around the world. 

 

Where and when does Bright Festival take place?

Bright Festival will be held on April 11-13, 2025, at two iconic venues in the heart of Florence: Stazione Leopolda and The Social Hub.

The festival program is divided into four thematic sections: EDU, ART, MUSIC, and PRO.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at this LINK
Each section of the festival (EDU, ART, MUSIC, PRO) requires a separate ticket. Combined tickets are not available. 

 

Is the event suitable for children?

The Bright Art afternoon exhibition is suitable for children of all ages, providing spacious areas where they can discover and interact with the world of digital art.

Are there discounts for children and seniors?

Children aged 6 to 18 and seniors over 65 can access the event with a reduced ticket (€12).
Children under 6 can enter the event for free.

 

Is the experience suitable for deaf people?

Yes, as many of the experiences are visual and interactive.

 

Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users/people with reduced mobility?

The venue is barrier-free and accessible for wheelchair users.

 

Are free tickets available for accompanying persons?

People with disabilities, as stipulated by Law 104, will pay the Reduced Ticket, while the accompanying person gets in free of charge.

 

Are there discounts for students or groups?

Yes, students can access by purchasing a reduced ticket online or on-site.
A valid ID and university card must be presented at the entrance.
If missing either, a full-price ticket will be required.

Are refunds available? What is the exchange policy?

Digital tickets are non-refundable (Italian Revenue Agency Regulation no. 2008/22799, March 4, 2008).

Are there free-entry events?

  • In the EDU section at The Social Hub, training activities (excluding workshops) are free to attend.
  • In the ART section at Stazione Leopolda, the MUSIC GARDEN offers free access. It features food trucks, bars, exhibitions, and music from local collectives, open Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

What can I expect from this experience?

Bright Art is a temporary exhibition featuring digital and interactive installations, immersive experiences, audio-visual shows, virtual reality simulations, artificial intelligence demonstrations, and live performances by international digital artists and creative studios.

The event is suitable for audiences of all ages and allows participants to engage with new technologies, providing highly engaging and dynamic experiences.

 

Where and when does the experience take place?

At Stazione Leopolda.
The exhibition is open to the public on Saturday, April 12, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday, April 13, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Tickets can be purchased on-site with cash. Online tickets can only be paid with a card.

Is there a specific time to visit the exhibition?

The Bright Art exhibition ticket is valid for the entire day with no time limits.
The exhibition will be open Saturday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
.

 

What happens if I arrive late?

If the doors close (at 10:00 PM), access to the concert will not be allowed.

 

Are pets allowed?

Only small pets are permitted. Service animals are also allowed.

 

Are there any age restrictions?

The event is suitable for all ages! Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Is there parking available?
Yes, public parking is available near the entrance.

 

What items are prohibited at the experience?

Weapons, pepper spray, and sharp objects

 

Are free tickets available for accompanying individuals?

What can I expect from this experience?

Bright Educational is the section dedicated to training and guidance on new trends in digital creativity.
The program features three days of meetings, conferences, and workshops aimed at students, professionals, and enthusiasts who want to expand their knowledge and connect with experts, artists, and established figures in Digital Art, Lighting Design, and Electronic Music

 

Where and when does the experience take place?

At The Social Hub in Florence, Viale Spartaco Lavagnini 72.
The event is open to the public on Saturday, April 12, and Sunday, April 13, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Do I need to buy a ticket to participate? 

Meetings and conferences are free to attend but require mandatory registration.
You must register for each session or conference individually.

Workshops with limited seats (10-12 participants) require a separate ticket.
Tickets can only be purchased online.
On-site ticket purchases will not be available.

The nighttime show will feature performances by three international electronic music artists, accompanied by digital art and lighting design projects from two international creative studios.
