What can I expect from the event?
The exhibition brings together digital and interactive installations, immersive experiences, audio-visual shows, virtual reality and artificial intelligence simulations, live performances created by digital artists and international creative studios.
Where is the experience located?
At the Stazione Leopolda, a former 19th century railway station located in the heart of Florence.
Will the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience will be held indoors, preceded by a large free entry outdoor area with music, food & drinks.
Is the experience suitable for deaf people?
Yes, as many experiences are visual and interactive.
Will it be possible to buy food and drinks on-site?
Yes, it is possible to buy food and drinks in the outdoor area with free admission.
Is it possible to take photos and/or videos during the experience?
Yes, it is possible!
How long is the experience?
The complete experience lasts 120 minutes, but you can also stay inside the event for longer.
Can I pay in cash?
Online tickets can only be paid for by card. Tickets can also be purchased in cash on site.
Do I have to arrive at the scheduled time of my session?
It is recommended to arrive at the time indicated on the ticket.
What happens if I arrive late?
If the doors are closed (10.00 pm) it will not be possible to enter the concert.
Are pets allowed?
Only small and medium size, but only within the ART section.
Service animals are allowed.
Are there any age requirements?
The event is suitable for all ages. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?

Is there parking available?
Yes, there are public car parks, located in the street adjacent to the entrance.
What are the objects forbidden to experience?
Weapons, nettle spray, blunt objects.
Is the facility easily accessible?
The structure is easily accessible with a stroller and/or wheelchair.
Are there free tickets for accompanying persons?
People with disabilities, as established by law 104, will pay a reduced price, while the companion enters for free.
I can't find my ticket - what can I do?
Check in your inbox that you have received a confirmation email from the Fever or Xceed platform.
Do I have to print the ticket?
No, it's not necessary. At the entrance you can simply show the QR Code received via email.
Is it possible to buy tickets on-site?
We recommend buying tickets in advance, the purchase on-site will be subject to capacity and availability.

Are refunds made?
Tickets are non-refundable, as explained by the terms before purchase.

What is the exchange policy?
In exceptional cases, we can change the time/date of the reservation (subject to availability). Please contact us for more information. Be sure to add your ticket number.
Does the experience comply with anti-COVID health regulations?
The experience follows the local anti-COVID health regulations.
Is the mask mandatory?
Masks are not mandatory to access the event, as specified by the health regulations currently in force.
